Shipping costs
If you want to return an item, the shipping costs are endorsed by you.
Returns deadline
The delivery time for products varies according to the destination of the order, with the following deadlines:
Portugal: 1 to 2 business days
Europe: 2 to 3 business days
Other Regions / Countries: upon request
*If the recipient is absent at the indicated address, the shipment will be rerouted to the nearest point and communicated by the carrier using the contact details provided.
BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE EXCHANGE OR RETURN, VERIFY THAT:
- The product must not have been used, washed and/or damaged; it must contain the original tag;
- The product must be in its original packaging;
- Only returns made within 30 days of the delivery date will be accepted;
- Separate returns of the same order will not be accepted;
- The above conditions must be respected so that Pet Plushies can evaluate the refund of the item.
After receiving the order, the customer has 30 days to return or exchange their product.
Return a purchased item
You can request the return of the order via email at shipping@petplushies.net. You must send the following information:
- Order number and email;
- Payment Method;
- Reason for return and Observations (optional);
To complete the return of the product(s), you must send the product(s) to the following address:

The shipping costs for returning the order are the responsibility of the customer.
When and how will I receive the refund?
Once the returned order has been received, Pet Plushies will analyze and confirm its condition and, once the return has been approved, you will receive the amount corresponding to the item returned in the same way in which you made your purchase. If the items are damaged or worn, Pet Plushies reserves the right not to accept the return and refuse to refund the items. Any fees and taxes that were paid upon shipping or returning the order will not be refunded. Upon receipt of the return, and if all the requirements of our Return Policy are confirmed, you will receive an email informing you that the refund will be processed. In most cases, your customer receives the refund within 10 business days. Processing time can vary between banks.
