The user can place their order through the “Cart” purchase process, after selecting “Add to Cart” on one or more Pet Plushies products. To finalize your order, the user must complete the information and choose the options available throughout the checkout process (shipping and billing details; type of shipping; payment method). If payment for the order is not made within the deadline indicated at the time of placing the order, the order cannot be validated. The data contained in the invoice is the sole responsibility of the User. The invoice once issued cannot be reissued with changes.  

All purchases can be paid via any method you see in the website's footer. In any case, the choice of payment method is made during the purchase process. Please do not attempt to pay by any means other than specified. If you do so, we cannot be held responsible for loss of payment or any other damages that may arise.  

The user can only choose to have the order delivered to their home. Delivery can be made to a private home, a place of work or another indicated address. It is not mandatory that the billing address and delivery address match. We do not ship or deliver on weekends or national holidays. This home delivery service does not include scheduling or booking options, meaning delivery of the order will be made without prior contact from the carrier or CTT. Whenever possible we will try to deliver everything in just one shipment. However, we reserve the right to split delivery of the order, for example if part of the order is delayed or unavailable. In the event that we divide the order, the customer will be notified, by email, of our intention to proceed in this way. For this purpose, the email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase will be used.  

Portugal (Continental Territory)

The estimated delivery time is 1 to 5 working days (weekends and holidays are not considered working days), from the date your order is dispatched from Pet Plushies. Due to the artisan nature of all the products, manufacturing time may vary. Availability of fabrics may also affect timing. Shipping deadlines may vary depending on the time of year, such as the weeks before Christmas, Valentine's Day, Father's Day, Mother's Day and Easter. To receive the order, you must ensure that someone is at the address. If delivery by the carrier is not possible, the carrier will use the data provided by us (name, address and telephone number) to try to schedule a new delivery. Failure to respond to this contact, which could lead to non-delivery of your goods, is not the responsibility of the carrier or Pet Plushies. No refunds will be made for shipping costs or the total value of the order if there is no response to multiple contact attempts.  

Islands – Madeira and Azores

The estimated delivery time for the Islands (Madeira and Azores) varies between 7 and 12 working days, once your order is dispatched by Pet Plushies. We do not guarantee this period during periods of promotions, sales, Christmas, periods of epidemics or in the event of stock outs.  

Europe and North America

The delivery time for Europe is 7 to 12 working days, while for North America it varies between 15 and 30 working days (approximate number of days, which may vary depending on the time of year and the situation in each country). Deadlines may vary according to the time of year, such as times before Christmas, Valentine's Day, Father's Day, Mother's Day and Easter.  

The customer can cancel the order, as long as it has not yet been sent. If the customer places an order and wishes to cancel it, they must contact our Customer Service via the email address shipping@petplushies.net. If the cancellation request is successful, the customer will be notified by email of this decision and the cancellation will be processed at no cost to the customer. If the cancellation request is not possible, the products will be sent to the customer who, if he maintains his intention to cancel the order, must refuse to receive them. The products will be returned and, upon receipt at our facilities, a refund will only be processed for the value of the items ordered – excluding shipping costs, which will not be refunded. The customer has the right to return the delivered products if they are found to be defective or otherwise non-conforming to the products ordered. Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving the order. This does not affect your statutory rights. If your complaint is justified, the price and shipping costs will be refunded.  

Prices advertised on this website include the applicable VAT rate and may be subject to change. In any case, the prices charged on the items you order will correspond to the prices advertised on the website on the date you place the order. Although we make efforts to ensure that the information provided on this website remains up to date, it is not possible to exclude the possibility of discrepancies arising between the information contained in the labeling of products ordered and delivered, as a result of possible changes made by the respective manufacturers/suppliers, by We recommend that you consult the labeling of purchased products before use or consumption. In order to place orders through the Pet Plushies website, the Customer must first register as a user by filling out the respective form available on the Sign In page.  

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order. The total values will always be displayed at the end of the purchase.
